The Fred Tomaselli screen print ("July 5, 2012") is especially striking, displaying classic Tomaselli hallucinatory, unconventional imagery. In this series, Tomaselli utilized various covers of the New York Times in a playful manner, as a commentary on current events. In this image, we observe the excitement and celebration of a group of physicists in Geneva, upon the discovery of an "elusive particle seen as a key to the universe... that looks like the Higgs boson."
